Rosas Maschinenbau showcases digital printing and RFID expertise at Labelexpo Americas
Rosas Maschinenbau showcased its innovative Gazelle II digital printer and Leopard 300 rewinder at Labelexpo Americas 2024, highlighting advancements in high-speed, precision label printing and RFID tag serialization technology.
Rosas Maschinenbau brought excitement to Labelexpo Americas 2024, unveiling the Gazelle II digital printer—an innovative technology designed for high-speed, high-quality label production. The machine, combined with Graph-Tech’s eZ-ColorJet 100 and eZ-Inkjet 360 monochrome industrial printers, delivers 600 DPI resolution at speeds of up to 150 meters per minute. The Gazelle II offers a 650mm working diameter and precision web guiding, with optional features like corona treatment, a flexo primer station, and high-speed UHF RFID encoding that make it adaptable to various production needs.
The Leopard 300 tabletop rewinder also stole the spotlight, showcasing its advanced RFID serialization technology. This system doesn’t just encode and verify RFID tags with incredible speed—it ensures every tag meets the highest quality standards with its built-in inspection system. Adding a TIJ printer for numbering and coding further enhances its versatility.
These technologies blend speed, precision and adaptability to streamline operations and improve outcomes for label producers. Rosas Maschinenbau demonstrated innovation and a clear understanding of the evolving needs of today’s label and packaging industry.
