Euromac CB 800 doctor rewinder

It incorporates the latest techniques in AC servo motor drive technology, Tension Control System with closed loop tension feedback by means of load cells to ensure it produces finished reels of the highest quality. 

The machine has been specifically designed to process from tension sensitive film to paper, Alu-foil and many other substrates.

The cantilevered design allows easy loading and unloading of reels.  The machine direction is reversible to allow print direction to be corrected. Edge can be controlled by web guide system.

Machines with various possibilities to diversify by adding camera inspection systems, a slitting unit, suction system or even fully customized projects.

Control electronics of the highest standard are fully integrated with the machine controls.
