New board of directors at Rotocontrol

Paul Rauscher, owner of EMT International, has joined the board of directors of Rotocontrol following the merger of the two companies.

Rotocontrol managing director Marco Aengenvoort is joined by Paul Rauscher and Scott Kettler, EMT International owner and president respectively, on the board of directors at Rotocontrol

Rotocontrol and EMT International are to merge to combine their expertise and enhance the global position of both companies.

Germany-based Rotocontrol is a manufacturer of label slitter rewinder inspection and finishing machines, while US-based EMT International manufactures custom and standardized finishing equipment and accessories for narrow and wider web digital and conventional print.

Scott Kettler, president of EMT International, has also joined the board of directors of Rotocontrol, which is completed Rotocontrol managing director Marco Aengenvoort.
