Lemorau installs first slitter rewinder in Belgium

CR 1000 is designed to slit and rewind 1000mm-wide rolls of any kind of flexible material, such as paper, cardboard, plastics and films, into small reels of a desired width. It is equipped with automatic web ten­sion control system, offering constant and taper tension, six sets of circular and razor knives, a 250 job memory, paper break detection, re­mote assistance via an internet connection, 3in and 6in airshafts on the rewind­ers and unwinder, cones mandrel for damaged cores, electronic web guide, lay-on rollers, antistatic bar and air trim removal.
