MiF installs Edale FL-3

Established in 1996, MiF specializes in the production of a variety of self-adhesive labels. The company will hold an open day this year to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Due to the increasing demand for high quality self-adhesive labels, MiF has invested in an 8-color Edale FL-3 with UV and hot air drying with options including a rail system, a turn bar and delam-relam.

Edale worked alongside its distributor in Croatia for the sale of the press and this was helped by multiple trials at Edale’s purpose built site in Hampshire UK. The press was installed in December 2015.

‘The sales team and service have been excellent and with plans to increase production capacity we will no doubt invest in another Edale press,’ said Michal Filipek, MiF managing director.

Edale export sales director Bernhard Grob said: ‘MiF is already producing high quality labels in Slovakia and with the introduction of the Edale FL-3 this will allow it to continue with planned growth and prove itself as a market leader.’
