Konica Minolta launches global Innovation centers
Konica Minolta is establishing Business Innovation Centers (BICs) around the world to respond more rapidly to regional customer needs.

This forms part of Konica Minolta’s vigorous drive to transform its core business from hardware to value-added services, which help customers innovate and grow their businesses.
The company plans to establish BICs in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, China and Japan. BICs will collaborate closely with a range of partners such as research institutes to analyze customer needs and research technical trends and service requirements in each regional market.
The first BIC - for the Asia Pacific region - has been opened in Singapore. It will initially focus on development of cloud-based service offerings.
