WebProof launches free workflow software

Software company WebProof has released its professional workflow software at freewebflow.com, which is free to use. 

WebFlow gives all companies, especially those working with graphic production, the option to automate working procedures in connection with their IT system. Advertising agencies, printing houses, publishing houses, newspapers and other companies with internal graphic production is thereby given the option to skip an expense, while at the same time saving time on the internal processes.  

In a company, a lot of time is typically spent on sending and receiving files via FTP or email, conversion of files, naming of files including suffix and prefix, splitting files, preflight, centralized alarm and many other things.  

WebFlow interacts with all other hotfolder-based workflows on the market, and in many cases, it can even replace them. This could be workflows from Enfocus Swift, Fotoware (previously Distribution Manager), PuzzleFlow, OneVision, Helios, Dalim, Heidelberg, Screen Trueflow, and more.
