Innovative Label Solutions purchases with Rhyguan Smart 450 slitter

Mumbai-based printer Innovative Label Solutions has purchased a Rhyguan Smart 450 slitter rewinder with a Luster 100 percent camera, which will be supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), an authorized dealer of Rhyguan, the Indian sub-continent. The deal was announced at Labelexpo India 2024.

Innovative Label Solutions manufactures and supplies pressure-sensitive and self-adhesive labels in rolls and sheets for various applications using advanced automatic and semi-automatic labeling machines. Key products in the current product portfolio also include shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, stretch sleeves, laminated pouches, lid laminates, and shrink wraps.              

Led by three partners, Hemant Pathak, Sunil Sawant and Bhanudas Chouhan, the company has constantly upgraded its infrastructure and machine portfolio to maintain overall quality, productivity and innovation.

Rhyguan Smart 450 slitter rewinder with a Luster 100 percent camera, which will be installed at Innovative Label Solutions’ newly relocated 25,000sqft production facility, is a standard and versatile machine featuring servo-rewinder for clockwise and anti-clockwise rewinding.

‘We have also invested in a 6-color press from Taiyo Japan and a screen-printing machine,’ commented Pathak. ‘Currently, we are running three presses, an 8-colour Mark Andy, a 10-colour Taiyo and an 8-colour Alliance at our newly relocated production facility.’
