Maxcess’ s product highlights at booth 749 include RotoMetrics new flexible die portfolio re-engineered with automated manufacturing processes for enhanced precision and reliability with chrome coating processes doubling lifespan and durability.
RotoMetrics intelligent adjustable anvils are on show in Rosemont. They offer the reliability of AccuAdjust and can be upgraded for added RotoAdjust enhancements like job recall and OI interface to fully automated RotoScan, coming in 2025.
The company also showcases Fife guiding systems, which, thanks to the new Fife SmartDrive Actuator and GuideLine Digital Sensor, provide technology for maintaining precise web alignment for optimal converting results.
Also available at the booth are Webex tension control products with advanced Magpowr. These products allow press operators to effectively monitor and control web tension to ensure consistent material handling and reduce waste and scrap.
