Eunha Fisheries installs Anytron Any-Jet III

South Korean manufacturer enhances its label production efficiency.

Eunha Fisheries, one of the leading seafood manufacturers in South Korea, has invested in Anytron's Any-Jet III digital press to bring label production in-house and enhance its label production efficiency.

The company previously faced challenges with outsourcing, such as inconsistent quality, delays, and high costs due to minimum orders and excess inventory.

‘Outsourcing our label production often led to delays and quality inconsistencies,’ said Kim Jung-Gi, head of operations at Eunha Fisheries. ‘We realized that to maintain our standards and reduce costs, we needed to bring label production under our direct control.’

The Any-Jet III combines high-quality digital printing with integrated laser-cutting capabilities. This allows Eunha Fisheries to produce custom-shaped labels on demand, reducing waste and eliminating overproduction. Additionally, Any-Jet III's domestic production ensures reliable local support, which has been instrumental in maintaining smooth operations.

Since adopting the new press, Eunha Fisheries has reduced label production costs by 30 percent and gained full control over label quality and production timing.

‘By bringing label production in-house, we’ve not only cut costs but also improved overall efficiency,’ Jung-Gi noted. ‘The Any-Jet III allows us to respond quickly to changes in market demand.’

According to the company, the ability to produce labels in-house has streamlined the production process, reduced dependence on external vendors, and enabled faster adaptation to new label designs, saving up to 20 percent of production time. This has been particularly beneficial for enhancing customer satisfaction.

‘Our customers have responded positively to the updated labels, and we’ve observed a notable increase in satisfaction,’ added Jung-Gi. ‘For companies that require frequent label updates or customization, the Any-Jet III is an ideal solution. It helps reduce costs, improves efficiency, and allows businesses to adapt quickly to market dynamics.’
