Pulisi brings digital technology to Labelepxo Asia
The company will exhibit two digital presses along with an inspection machine
Pulisi will exhibit DPIM-330F and Dsmart -220 digital printing machines and Sprint-350S full servo automatic inspection machine at Labelexpo Asia 2023.
Pulisi DPIM-330F multifunctional hybrid digital printing machine can realize printing width of 220mm-520mm, and comes with pre-flexo primer module, flexo bronzing, customized spot color, digital cold foil stamping module, film laminated module, die cut module and online inspection quality management system.
It also has optional units such as the printing of quantum cloud code, full-color variable code and dot matrix code, meeting security traceability needs. DPIM-330F could be equipped with online inspection system, which could build an inspection template quickly and effectively find printing defects such as dirty points, missing texts and color differences in final products.
Dsmart-220 digital printing machine retains the core advantages and functions of Pulisi Aobead digital printing technology. The whole machine only covers an area of 3.9m and 1.8m and the paper feeding path is compressed to within 7m, which reduces the material cost, making it more suitable for limited space. Its standard printing width is 220mm, and the maximum width can be extended to 330mm.
‘DPIM-330F and Dsmart-220 are under the brand of Aobead, a new brand of Pulisi digital printing machine. Since its official release in 2021, more than 110 Aobead digital printing machines have been installed all over the world,’ according to Olive Liu, general manager of Pulisi.
The company will also exhibit third machine Sprint-350S full servo automatic inspection machine. As the latest version of AIM series with more than 1500 installations all over the world, Sprint-350S adopts the new generation of visual defect detection software, the latest AI image algorithm and system deep learning function, variety of defect identification algorithms, AI feature extraction algorithms, new micro-text positioning and identification detection, and strong data processing capabilities, which could provide customers with stable and reliable inspection.
