SNT International adds Domino K600i monochrome digital printer

Noida, India-based, SNT International installs Domino K600i monochrome digital printer to meet the growing demand for labels. 

SNT International, founded in 1997, has evolved from its origins in steel trading then started manufacturing labels for various industries. Under the guidance of Praneesh Rattan Bhardwaj, the company has gained recognition for delivering quality labels to diverse industries, particularly electronics. 

As SNT International's clientele grew, thermal transfer overprinters (TTO) couldn't keep up with high-volume orders, leading to production bottlenecks, overtime, delayed deliveries, and lost business opportunities. 

‘We were under constant pressure,’ Bhardwaj explained. ‘With each passing order, we faced the risk of delays. The TTO printers simply couldn’t match the speed and volume we required. This caused missed opportunities and revenue losses. It became clear that we needed a faster, more efficient solution to keep up with demand.’ 

SNT International explored alternatives and chose Domino’s K600i monochrome digital printer as the ideal solution.

Installing the Domino K600i transformed SNT's production, completing jobs in record time that previously took days. 

‘As the festival time in India is coming closer so we recently completed a 600,000 label order in few hours and we could have done more but the order size restrained us,’ said Bhardwaj. ‘With the TTO system, that would have been impossible. Now, we’re not just keeping up with demand; we’re exceeding expectations. Domino has given us the ability to take on bigger projects and deliver results faster than we ever could before.’ 

The printer's speed and smooth integration enabled SNT to finish jobs ahead of schedule, delighting customers and boosting its reputation for reliability. 

With production challenges resolved, SNT International is now poised for growth, able to handle larger, more complex orders. Domino’s support has strengthened a partnership SNT aims to expand.
