L'Artegrafica invests in Polar CuttingSystem 200
The company visits the plant in Hofheim.

Italy-based printer L'Artegrafica has opted for a Polar CuttingSystem 200 with N155 Pro to replace its older machines.
The Polar N155 Pro is mainly used in the 100 x 140 cm print format and can quickly turn formats up to a diagonal of 1,550 mm.
The cutter is equipped with a gripper system to automatically transport the jogged layers from the RA-6 jogger to the rear table of the high-speed cutter, eliminating the operator's need for heavy loading of the complete large-format layers.
As per Polar, the CuttingSystem 200 enables efficient processing of the material to be cut and offers a significant performance increase of up to 200 percent (compared to a solo high-speed cutter) by partially automating the jogging, loading, cutting and unloading processes while reducing physical strain.
Higher productivity, precision and durability were the decisive factors in L'Artegrafica's decision. A visit to the Polar factory in Hofheim further assured Paolo Zaia and Roberto Tonion from L'Artegrafica of the cutting system's performance and the decision to invest in the machine. The visit was accompanied by Eris Neri and Lorenzo Ariberti from Heidelberg, Italy, and Markus Judel and Stephan Kummer from Polar.
