UFlex receives multiple awards at IFCA Star Awards

UFlex, one of India’s flexible packaging and services companies, has received 10 awards at IFCA Star Awards 2024, the highest among all entrants. The company’s diverse portfolio of products across its multiple businesses was recognized at the awards, with the printing cylinders business winning four awards. The packaging films, holography and chemicals businesses each won two awards.

UFlex’s outstanding performance at the 2024 awards includes 2K reverse chemistry solvent-free medium-performance polyurethane adhesive, 'F-ULP' transparent high barrier BOPET film for flexible packaging applications for see-through food products, Crocodile skin patterns on artificial leather (PU/PVC) through laser-embossed cylinders, intricate vines and floral designs on artificial leather through laser-embossed cylinders, tangled threads design on artificial leather through laser-embossed cylinders, grid weave pattern on artificial leather through laser-embossed cylinders, HRI sequins films for premium textile applications, flexgreen sheetfed ‘Bio’ series for offset application (with less than 45 percent BRC), thinner environment-friendly stamping foil innovation for cold and hot application and F-UHB-M metallic polyester ultra-high barrier film for aluminum foil replacement.

These awards recognize and promote innovation and creativity within the industry, encouraging advancement and development in packaging processes.
