INX Group acquires Coatings & Adhesives Corporation

INX Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sakata INX, has acquired Coatings & Adhesives Corporation (C&A), one of the leading players in the North American coatings industry, particularly known for its specialty products.

INX International Coatings and Adhesives will operate as a sister company alongside INX International Ink Co., united under a single management group to deliver complementary ink and coating products to the packaging market.
