Excelitas expands Phoseon Nexus One UV LED curing platform
The company has added five new sizes with increased energy delivery.
Excelitas Technologies Corp has expanded the Phoseon Nexus One UV LED curing platform for flexographic printing with five new sizes and 38 percent more energy for water-cooled systems.
Nexus One water-cooled products are now available in five new sizes: 300mm, 375mm, 450mm, 525mm and 600mm. According to the manufacturer, the new water-cooled systems deliver 38 percent more energy with 90 Watts per 25mm LED array segment.
The water-cooled systems complement the existing Nexus One air-cooled products, available in the same sizes. Excelitas has also expanded the availability of the Nexus-Connect real-time monitoring capability, which is now available across all Nexus One products.
Excelitas will display the Phoseon Nexus One platform from September 10 to 12, 2024, at Labelexpo Americas in booth 3810.
