Lemu adds automatic changeover enhancements to upgraded GTU line

The new developments provide faster changeover times for short and medium runs, increasing operational uptime and reducing set up. They include an electronically controlled quick-change die-cut unit, auto position shear knife slitting system, auto set web knife control, fast-change rewind mandrels, auto core loader and print & apply roll closure system. 

The GTU system is available in widths of 350mm, 450mm and 550mm.

Lemu’s GTU line can serve as a finishing system for pre-printed labels (for which an in-line inspection is available), or blank label production.
