Sinajet launches RS350 label finisher for digital applications

Chinese wide format cutting technology specialist Sinajet has entered the label market with the launch of RS350, a finisher for digital applications, which will be commercially available in September 2024.

Founded in 2006, Sinajet specializes in manufacturing digital cutting systems for several industries, including apparel, advertising, packaging, aviation, energy, automotive, electronics, shoemaking, upholstered furniture, home furnishing, leather goods, and more. Some of the bestsellers in the wide format market are DF and DH lines.

Seeing growth potential in the label industry, the company expanded its cutting experience narrow web applications.

‘This market has a very high growth potential,’ said David Jia, marketing director at Changzhou Sinajet Science and Technology. ‘Now it’s time to bring to a completely new product and enter web-to-label market. The new, highly automated and intelligent finisher RS350 that can manufacture any label type in any dimension and style directly from PDF files.’

The RS350 core features eight 8 blades to enable fast cutting web-roll up materials up to 350mm width with speeds of up to 12 m/min fast speed, ideal for many Digital Label Printers. The new machine is managed by Sinajet SCC software and CCD camera that reads any job change automatically.
