Edale appoints new after sales manager

British manufacturer and engineering company Edale has appointed Shaun Buchanan as its after sales manager to lead the service team and driving a positive customer experience for existing and new customers.

Buchanan is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of technical and commercial experience from former roles in detailed engineering, aircraft fitting and aircraft engine maintenance with Rolls-Royce and Lufthansa.

‘I’m so excited to be joining the team at Edale,’ commented Buchanan. ‘Unfortunately, my last 20 years in aviation were cut short by Covid-19, however, I’m so pleased for this opportunity with a local company whose focus is on innovation and continued investment in R&D and creating and building amazing technology for our long-term future.’
