NextGen Label names Jessica McCarthy chief HR officer
McCarthy will reinforce NextGen’s brand custodianship and employee-ownership values in this new role.

NextGen Label Group has promoted Jessica McCarthy to chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective April 1, 2025, coinciding with Dan Rosenbaum’s transition to president and CEO.
McCarthy brings experience in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, and she has played a pivotal role in talent development, employee engagement and shaping policies that support the company's commitment to its employee-centric approach.
As CHRO, McCarthy will continue to oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, and training and development. She will also take on an expanded role in collaboratively leading the marketing team, reinforcing NextGen’s brand custodianship and employee-ownership values internally and externally.
