GreenPack, Egypt’s first user of Dantex Group's Aquaflex, has achieved business growth following its 2023 investment in an AQF 2530 processor.

GreenPack supplies premium labels across diverse industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and automotive.

The company installed the Aquaflex AQF 2530, supported by a high-quality laser.

This technology has enhanced GreenPack’s production capabilities, delivering a 25 percent increase in ink transfer and improved highlight quality. These benefits have allowed the company to attract more customers and enter new markets.

With local support provided by Antonia, Dantex’s distribution partner in Egypt, GreenPack has integrated the Aquaflex system, ensuring ongoing reliability and performance.

Mohamed Wafai, sales manager at GreenPack, said: 'The Aquaflex flexo plates have brought significant improvements to our business. It allows us to offer superior print quality that our customers really appreciate while opening doors to new markets. We are extremely happy with the technology and grateful for the exceptional support from Antonia.'

Emmanuel Mougenot, group manager, Dantex’s flexo division, added: 'We are thrilled to see the positive impact of Aquaflex technology on GreenPack’s operations and market growth. Their success demonstrates the strength of our solutions and our commitment to supporting customers globally through our trusted partners.'
