Infinity Foils opens new facility in Mexico
Infinity Foils has opened a new facility in Querétaro, Mexico. It is the third converting location and the eighth distribution center since the company was founded in 2005.
Located in the central Mexican city of Querétaro, it is conveniently close to Mexico City and other large printing hubs. The new branch will offer the same capabilities as the other two converting facilities, but it will primarily service the Mexico and Central America markets.
‘We are excited to announce this expansion, it has been very well planned and it is the perfect fit for our Infinity Foils network of facilities,’ said Jim Hutchison, president of Infinity Foils. ‘We look for geographic locations that meet certain criteria and Querétaro fits perfectly. Infinity Foils de Mexico will offer the same high-quality products and superb service that all Infinity Foils locations are known for.’
The Infinity Foils de Mexico will provide full foil slitting and rewinding services to any order size. It will include products for hot, cold, and digital applications and a full line of makeready materials.
‘Understanding the needs of our customers is paramount as we bring on new products and expand into new territories,’ commented Haley Quick, vice president of Infinity Foils. ‘We have been selling into the Mexican market for quite a while and our products have been very well received. We are delighted to be able to now provide these customers with a localized service that can offer faster and more cost-effective shipping options.’
Eduardo Cantu has been appointed director for Infinity Foils de Mexico.
‘It has been a pleasure to work with Eduardo over the last few years and we are pleased that he has joined our organization,’ said Hutchison. ‘Eduardo is very well respected in the Mexican market and his understanding of the foil stamping industry is exemplary. We are confident that Infinity Foils de Mexico customers will find a trusted source in Eduardo.’
Infinity Foils now operates eight locations, including Eastern Pennsylvania (USA); Orlando, Florida (USA); Indianapolis, Indiana (USA), Napa, California (USA); Lenexa, Kansas (USA); Ontario, California (USA), Halesowen, West Midlands, (UK) and Querétaro, (Mexico).
