Lecta commits to renewable gas
Its agreement with Naturgy will enable the use of biomethane in the production processes at several of the company's mills in Spain.
Lecta has partnered with energy group Naturgy to supply renewable biomethane gas for its manufacturing activities at Spanish mills in Leitza (Navarra) and Zaragoza, aiding in its decarbonization efforts.
The renewable gas supplied by Naturgy has certified guarantees of origin and sustainability tests that assure Lecta of the reduction of emissions derived from its industrial activity and the fulfillment of the sustainability commitments set in its 2030 agenda.
