Steven Dunn Joins Seagull Scientific as CFO

Seagull Scientific, provider of software for designing, printing, and automating the production of barcodes, labels, documents, and RFID tags, has appointed Steven Dunn as chief financial officer. Dunn will report directly to chief executive officer, Nigel LeGresley. 

LeGresley stated: ‘Steven joins Seagull with more than 25 years of leadership experience scaling enterprise software businesses. His highly successful track record, global perspective, and execution orientation make him the ideal candidate for this role. We are excited to partner with Steven to further our long-term strategic vision.’ 

Dunn remarked: ‘I am excited to join the leadership team at Seagull. The company has built a reputation as a leading provider of label and barcode software with a focus on innovation and superior customer experience. I look forward to collaborating with our customers and dedicated employees and leveraging my business and financial expertise to support Seagull through its next phase of growth.’

Dunn previously served as chief financial officer at Onriva, a provider of business travel booking software. Prior to Onriva, he held various finance leadership positions at Microsoft in the US and Europe, most recently as general manager of Finance, World Wide Commercial Business. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.
