Labelexpo Americas 2024 visitors could discover a broad portfolio of end-to-end brands, including Fife, Tidland, Rotometrics, Magpowr, Maxcess Vision Systems, Webex, ValleyRoller and Componex.
Labelexpo visitors discovered the latest innovations in die-cutting, web guiding, tension control, vision inspection, performance rolls, slitting, winding and more.
Maxcess’s product highlights included RotoMetrics' new flexible die portfolio, re-engineered with automated manufacturing processes for enhanced precision and reliability, and chrome coating processes that double lifespan and durability.
RotoMetrics intelligent adjustable anvils were on show in Rosemont. They offer the reliability of AccuAdjust and can be upgraded for added RotoAdjust enhancements like job recall and OI interface to fully automated RotoScan, coming in 2025.
The company also showcased Fife guiding systems, which, thanks to the new Fife SmartDrive Actuator and GuideLine Digital Sensor, provide technology for maintaining precise web alignment for optimal converting results.
Also available at the booth were Webex tension control products with advanced Magpowr. These products allow press operators to effectively monitor and control web tension to ensure consistent material handling and reduce waste and scrap.
Maxcess also promoted VisionMax, a vision system that offers 100 percent print and surface inspection to optimize productivity, minimize return risks and reduce waste.
The company's booth also featured the new Tidland SmartSlit, RD AutoScore, and Control Series Class 1 Knifeholders, which offer ease of use automation to minimize operator error and reduce waste.
