The investment in Synchroline is mainly attributed to its quality control, quick change over, air blade system for pneumatic adjustment of doctor blade and pre-register system. Vinsak with its considerable domain knowledge as a service provider played a significant role while purchasing this machine.’

A Vinsak LSR 330 slitter, inspection, rewinder for finishing labels has also bee installed, which comes with a VIS thermal inkjet system (TIJ) to print variable data such as barcodes, texts and numbers on labels.

The Vinsak LSR 330 is PLC operated and has an additional attachment of 100 percent web inspection system, die-cut station and bulk waste rewinder. The machine is operated via integrated control panel and run up to speed of 300m/min. Neeraj Sharma, executive director at Vinsak said: ‘Considering the growing Indian flexo market and need of the hour to invest in new and advanced print machinery, it’s a good decision by Neovation to invest in Synchroline, Vinsak LSR slitter rewinder with a thermal inkjet system. We wish Neovation grows in leaps and bounds in the markets that it plans to enter.’

Neovation Graphics was incorporated in 2016. Using his 25 years of prior work experience at Dainik Bhaskar media group and Surya Print Process, where Anandchahl was handling corporate sales, key account management and quality print jobs including color management on pre-press systems, he wants to now run the start-up with a professional approach and offer value added quality products to its customers. ‘Using the first flexo press at the unit, we are targeting mid-sized companies that are willing to innovate and improve quality without cutting corners,’ he concluded.

Following its business plan, Neovation Graphics aims at achieving a turnover of 10 crore INR (1.5 million USD) by the end of the current financial year.
