Label Source to promote flexo and digital presses in Bangkok

Chinese manufacturer Label Source has been gearing up for the upcoming Labelexpo Southeast Asia in Bangkok in May, where it will demo its in-line flexo press F6-370-10C and Hanlabel digital printing machine.

Described as a ‘super-productive’ label printing machine, the in-line flexo press F6-370-10C, will be presented fitted with a nonstop unwind and rewind, nonstop waste removal and waste compression machine. This equipment can offer 24-hour nonstop production with high-level printing registration performance.

Label Source has just reached a milestone by exceeding 400 installations of this machine across the global market.

The company will also run live demonstrations of the Hanlabel inkjet digital press configured for seven-color digital printing, three flexo stations and two sets of cold foil modules for multiple applications.

The Hanlabel hybrid press can add modules, including flexo stations before or after the digital unit, digital embossing/foil stamping, auto registration and in-line inspection.

At Labelexpo South China 2024, HanGlobal signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Esko and Fiery to deliver a customized Digital Front-End (DFE) for its LabStar series UV-inkjet label presses. This integration will empower label converters with a new level of automation and color accuracy, streamlining production workflows and accelerating time to market.
