Feldmuehle appoints Bernd Weber as CFO

The company's shareholders appointed Bernd Weber to the management with sole power of representation as the new chief financial officer responsible for accounting, IT, human resources and treasury.

With this appointment the management of Feldmuehle expects to significantly strengthen the ability to act and communicate with its financial partners, increase pressure to innovate on the product side and align its strategic business planning.

In addition to various structural process improvements, the extensive restructuring measures have significantly strengthened Feldmuehle's financial resilience to external unplanned incidents. The company results in 2020 have exceeded forecasts, especially in terms of operating results and cash flow despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
