Harper promotes Lee Kluttz to VP of manufacturing operations

Ronald 'Lee' Harper Kluttz, grandson of Harper Corporation of America founders, Ron and Katherine Harper, has been promoted from plant manager to vice president of manufacturing operations.

Kluttz now oversees the manufacturing and production of all Harper anilox rolls at the company’s domestic facilities in Charlotte and Green Bay, WI.  He also audits the firm’s licensed affiliates – Harper Asia Pacfic, Co., Ltd, Thailand and Harper Graphics GmbH, Germany – to ensure global product consistency.

Son of current president, Margie Kluttz, he joined Harper in 1991 and has served in various manufacturing departments: as a blast operator, on the Harper GraphicsSolutions team, as plant supervisor, manager of customer service and plant manager.

As a member of Harper’s management leadership team, Kluttz serves on the board of directors.
