AWT Labels & Packaging receives environmental award

AWT was recognized with the Trailhead Award for companies building their sustainability program. The award was announced at TLMI’s recent virtual annual association meeting.

The Calvin Frost Environmental Leadership Awards recognize association members that have consistently demonstrated a commitment to environmental practices across a range of areas. In awarding AWT with the Trailhead Award, the committee stated it was ‘impressed with the way the company highlighted its program on downgauging, recycling and landfill avoidance.’ The judges also made a note of AWT’s education program for employees and customers, as well as in-house sustainability policies and goals.
