TLMI to host first event for future leaders
Label Leaders of Tomorrow event promises comprehensive education and networking opportunities
TLMI is set to host its first Label Leaders of Tomorrow (LLT) on-site event for 2023. Scheduled to take place at the Avery Dennison plant in Mentor, Ohio from July 17 to July 19, the event promises one and a half days of comprehensive education and networking opportunities for emerging leaders in the label and packaging industry.
The event also offers TLMI converter and supplier members another unique opportunity to connect, learn and share insights on the industry's most pressing issues, such as workforce development, government regulation and sustainability.
The agenda features sessions on creating development plans, and time management, as well as an intro to label material and sustainability in labels. Also included will be brainstorming activity, question and answer sessions with industry experts and an evening social with dinner.
For accommodation, TLMI has reserved a block of rooms at the Aloft Cleveland Downtown Hotel, with transportation to Avery's facilities provided. Attendees who opt for alternative accommodation will need to travel to the Aloft for event transportation.
As part of the event, evening networking activities are planned near the hotel, enabling attendees to engage further in productive discussions and knowledge sharing.
Registration is now open, with member rates accessible via the TLMI registration system. Non-TLMI members can also register, subject to space availability. The member registration fee is 350 USD, which includes educational sessions, meals and event transportation. Non-members can register for 475 USD. All attendees are responsible for their travel, hotel and airport transportation costs.
To respect antitrust legislation, direct competitors of Avery Dennison should not register since the event is being hosted at its facility.
The registration deadline is July 10. For more information on registering for the event, click here.
