Bovie acquires Quick William

Bovie will continue to operate under the Quick William name but will relocate operations to its site in Bow, New Hampshire.

The acquisition will supplement Bovie’s existing commercial and industrial capabilities, while also strengthening its market position in the areas of in-store display and promotions. In addition to equipment, Bovie will gain complete access to a very specialized skill set in the rapidly growing arena of vehicle wrapping.

Bovie president, David Gintzler said: ‘Acquiring Quick William will make it possible for Bovie to expand more rapidly within the local commercial space and gives the company a much needed back up in certain digital equipment and graphic skills.’
