Gracofoil, a second-generation family business, has recently installed two machines from Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM).

'At Gracofoil, we continually seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in our operations. Two recent upgrades — the Core Cutter and the SR550 machine — have proven invaluable in achieving these goals,' said Philip Lavrijssen, business manager at Gracofoil.

The SR550, which replaced two older machines, can process over 60,000 meters of different substrates weekly. Gracofoil decided to integrate this machine because of its fast delivery and high level of service follow-up.

The Core Cutter delivers immediate access to high-quality, precision-cut cores. This machine has enabled Gracofoil to gain warehouse space because the company no longer needs to stock various core sizes, and it has provided cost savings through in-house cutting.
