Fortis acquires Kopco Graphics and Color Craft Label

Kopco Graphics, based in West Chester, Ohio, and with an additional facility in Bradenton, Florida, provides a wide range of products including pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging, instant redeemable coupons and promotional labels. Color Craft Label, based in Memphis, Tennessee, provides customized pressure-sensitive labeling options to customers across a broad array of industries. Color Craft Label will be combined into Fortis’ existing Memphis location.

Color Craft Flexible Packaging is not part of the transaction.

Kopco Graphics owner Doug Kopp said: ‘After 26 years of guiding Kopco Graphics, I felt the time was right for me to step aside and set the company on a new course. I am pleased that Kopco is now part of Fortis Solutions Group. With the increased manufacturing capabilities provided, it will be exciting to see Fortis become a major force in the world of labels and flexible packaging.’

Fortis Solutions Group was formed earlier this year by the merger of Labels Unlimited and A&M Label. Employing 235 employees across five sites, the company intends to continue its pursuit of attractive acquisitions to further the breadth of product offerings and locations which can serve its customer base.
