Lecta acquires Avery Dennison’s offset sheets business to manufacture Fasson and Jac self-adhesive papers in EMEA

Lecta will manufacture and sell Avery Dennison’s portfolio of Fasson and Jac branded self-adhesive papers and films under a special limited licensing agreement, keeping these brands available through the existing network of distributors.

The acquisition is fully aligned with the company's transformation process and its reorientation towards the specialty markets. Lecta's self-adhesive materials production plant has received large investments in recent years, both in production technology and process automation.

Avery Dennison and Lecta will work together for efficient transition process and business development for all the groups involved. The transaction is subject to competition approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.
