Relieves Egara joins All4Labels Group

All4Labels Global Packaging Group has acquired Relieves Egara, a Spanish label converting group founded in 1947. The company will become a subsidiary of All4Labels Group, the current management will continue to manage the business as part of All4Labels. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

Oriol Gali Reyes, the representative of the shareholder families Reyes, Maria Antonia Masferrer and Rosa Maria Gros of Relieves Egara states, 'We are very happy that we have found an agreement which makes All4Labels the future home for our family business, a company that has been existing for more than 70 years. We have selected All4Labels as the future owner as we are convinced that the group has a strong long-term strategy to develop the Spanish market as well as considering their success partnering with other family-owned companies, which are being developed further through investments and add-on acquisitions.
