GSE Dispensing appoints distributor for Australasia

GSE Dispensing, a manufacturer of gravimetric ink dispensing systems for the packaging, label, textile and coating markets, has appointed Scandinavian Electronics (SE) as its distributor in Australia and New Zealand. 

Founded in 1977, Scandinavian Electronics is a distributor of process control equipment for the region’s printing, packaging, pulp and paper industries, with clients such as the Flint Group, Toyo Ink, DIC, Fujifilm, Norske Skog, Amcor, Visy Industries, SCA Hygiene, Kimberly-Clark and Australian Paper. 

Based in Sydney, Melbourne, and on New Zealand’s North Island, Scandinavian Electronics will serve as GSE Dispensing’s local contact for all flexo and gravure-related product inquiries and service calls. Its six staff – including four full-time service engineers – will provide after-sales support, including installation, operator training, preventative maintenance, calibration and equipment repair.

The company has achieved its first New Zealand installation at Wellington-based corrugated board converter, Charta Packaging, earlier this year.
