Siegwerk’s work was validated through an audit conducted by certification body ISOQAR

ISO 9001:2008 certification is based on quality management principles including strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, a process approach, and continual improvement and review. The goal is to insure customers receive consistently high quality products and services.

Siegwerk said ISO certification means its customers can be assured it is committed to quality and customer service.

The company’s work was validated through an audit conducted by certification body ISOQAR. To maintain its certification, Siegwerk has committed to continuously assess its quality management systems and processes and undergo follow-up audits annually.

‘We are extremely proud of our team and their efforts to attain the ISO 9001 certification,’ said Chris Booher, narrow web president at Siegwerk. ‘Clearly there was a foundation of a quality process in place prior to the certification, and it was due to the diligence of Bill McCurry, quality systems manager, and the contributing team in keeping up the process that enabled us to pursue the ISO certification on a timely and cost-efficient basis. Our ISO 9001 certification reflects our long term commitment to quality and our customers.’
