Hauer Labels strengthens flexibility with Dantex PicoColour
Hauer Labels, an Austrian converter, has invested in Dantex PicoColour digital UV inkjet press to strengthen its flexibility and expand its product range.
Hauer Labels is a fourth-generation, family-owned business with eight decades of printing experience, offering an extensive range of self-adhesive labels for almost all markets and requirements as well as a fast and flexible response to customer requirements.
‘The PicoColour offers outstanding value for money in the mid-range UV inkjet sector and an in-line die-cutting unit. With the press, Dantex has been able to offer us an almost tailor-made system for our exact requirements. We also particularly like the mid-range size of the press with full functionality and the ability to retrofit individual options for possible future expansion of the system,’ commented Martin Hauer, managing director at Hauer Labels.
PicoColour is a compact, versatile, 5-color UV inkjet digital press with a print speed of up to 25 m/min and a wide color gamut. It is a modular printing system, and as standard, it includes a recirculating ink system, a web cleaner, and an antistatic bar. Several optional features are also offered, such as ultra-high opacity white, varnish, variable data, corona unit, additional mark sensors, chiller roller, rotary die-cutting, edge trim, and slitting and lamination.
‘We have been a Dantex customer for decades, and we always experience exceptional, personal, and always very friendly service. The service team is top and always guarantees fast reactions with suitable solutions for all possible problems every time,’ added Hauer.
‘We would like to thank Hauer for the trust they have placed in us and are delighted that we have sold another PicoColour to Austria. So far, our customers have been consistently delighted with the versatility of the machine. We are sure that with the PicoColour, the Hauer company has also received exactly the right machine for their needs and look forward to the feedback,’ concluded Jürgen Wessa, managing director of Dantex Germany.
