Preco expands laser processing capabilities with Ashe

Preco, one of the leading designers and manufacturers of precision automated processing systems, has integrated an advanced slitting system from Ashe Converting Equipment into its laser processing technologies for flexible packaging. 

This enhancement allows Preco systems to handle jumbo rolls up to 65in maximum width and 2,000 lbs in maximum weight, significantly improving material handling and reducing overall customer conversion costs.

The newly integrated Ashe Converting slitting system enables Preco systems to perform the laser process in-line with the slitting, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Food packaging customers will benefit from this advancement through reduced costs and improved handling of materials.
