Print.Save.Repeat. installs Lundberg Tech label waste disposal system
The company implements an efficient and sustainable disposal if its label waste.
US-based Print.Save.Repeat. has implemented a waste collection system provided by Lundberg Tech, to introduce an efficient and sustainable disposal of its label waste.
Established in 2011 in Tempe, Arizona, Print.Save.Repeat. started as a toner cartridge remanufacturing company. By 2015, it ranked 346 on Inc.500's list of fastest-growing US companies and one of the top-rated toner brands on Amazon. The company later expanded into flexographic labeling.
Now, Print.Save.Repeat. offers laser printer toner cartridges and custom labeling for business supply chains, including grocery weigh scale labels, thermal shipping labels, LPN barcodes, RFID and linerless labels.
‘Before reaching out to Lundberg Tech, we were referred by another satisfied customer who had implemented a similar system with great success,’ commented Errol Berry, CEO of Print.Save.Repeat. ‘Last year, we had the opportunity to integrate a new label waste collection system into our operations.
‘From start to finish, Lundberg Tech made it simple and found a solution that fits our needs. Collaborating with Lundberg’s US team was a pleasure, and we are thrilled to leverage this innovative equipment to enhance the efficiency of our label production while responsibly managing label waste.
‘We've had Lundberg Tech's label waste collection system for a year, and it delivers on its promises. It's made a notable difference in our daily operations.’
According to Berry, the investment in the automated waste collection system has paid off significantly.
‘We now have an efficient waste management solution that improves our daily operations. With this system in place, our team can dedicate more time to production, rather than waste management tasks. Maximizing press uptime and minimizing waste have always been goals for our production operations, and the Lundberg Tech equipment has helped us improve these goals,’ concluded Berry.
At Labelexpo Americas 2024 Lundberg Tech, Martin Automatic, ETI Converting Equipment and LemuGroup will show an integrated production line that includes automated waste handling. The MBS butt splicer, Cohesio flexo printer and GTO turret rewinder are all working as one line. After die-cutting, the Lundberg Tech MatrixCompactor 200 will manage and remove the matrix waste.
