Sato UK future-proofs its business with Gallus

The press, equipped with four flexo printing units, was installed at Sato UK’s site in Dovercourt, Essex in March, and complements its fleet of nine existing label printing presses.

Sato UK is a leading global provider of integrated automatic identification (bar code and RFID technology), as well as provider of data collection systems.

The Gallus press will be used by Sato for the production of water- and UV-based roll-to-roll and roll-to-fold labels.

Sato UK director Jason Wise believes the Gallus EM 510 S will make a significant contribution to the competitive advantage of the company due to its high production speed, platform concept and modularity.
