Konica Minolta unveils new web-fed digital embellishment technology
The company showcases the new JETvarnish 3D Web 400 for the first time in North America.
Konica Minolta promote several devices to demonstrate its expertise in industrial and production print, including the new AccurioLabel 400, AccurioLabel 230 and launch the new JetVarnish 3D Web 400 embellishment technology.
Konica Minolta promotes the new AccurioLabel 400 label press, which features CMYK and a fifth station for white dry-toner. It offers production speeds up to 131 ft/min and a 3,600 x 2,400 DPI resolution.
The AccurioLabel 230 digital toner press has been developed to bring label production in-house. Its 77 ft/min printing speeds, simple user interface and integrated software allow users to learn and operate the press quickly.
Konica Minolta also unveils the new JETvarnish 3D Web 400, a 100 percent web-fed digital embellishment technology that integrates spot UV varnish, hot foil stamping and variable data printing in a single pass. It helps reduce customers’ time to market and increase the visual impact of labels and packaging in compliance with environmental strategies.
The company also showcases color management, workflow automation, and digital converting and finishing technologies designed to expand business opportunities and enable greater customer flexibility.

Visitors to Konica Minolta’s Booth #6545 can write the name of a first responder, active military personnel or veteran on a label as part of the company’s 9/11 tribute. Konica Minolta donates 5 USD for every name collected to support two corporate social responsibility partners, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project.
