Nilpeter to bring its new FB-Line to Labelexpo Mexico 2025

Nilpeter will bring its new FB-Line to Labelexpo Mexico 2025.

This press, available in both 14in and 17in models, launched this year. 

The new addition to the FB-Line offers automation features from the FA-Line and is fully compatible with the FB-Line.

The new FB-Line features the Nilpeter PowerLink control system for global online support, and the new dual servo print head for full 360-degree automatic register adjustment, ensuring high precision across printing tasks. It incorporates an automatic register and pre-register system, enhancing control and efficiency and streamlining operations.

Other features of the new FB-14/-17 flexo press include its gearless design, which allows for handling a broad range of substrates from 15 to 300 micron. The press is designed for multi-substrate printing, including unsupported film. It allows for print length corrections, enhancing the flexibility and accuracy of print operations. Its increased automation enables easy recall and storage of print job parameters, promoting increased efficiency and precision.

The new FB-Line was first demonstrated live at the Flexo and Labels Expo 2024 in São Paulo, Brazil, and it is now showcased at Nilpeter’s global technology centers in Denmark, the US and Brazil.
