Coveris acquires S&K Label

Coveris has acquired S&K Label in the Czech Republic. S&K Labels is now Coveris Brno and is part of the Coveris Group.

This acquisition marks Coveris' third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe and its first label business acquisition outside the UK. 

Integration into the Coveris global network brings an opportunity for knowledge-sharing between the Czech Republic and the UK. The combination of local market expertise and Coveris’ leadership in labels and packaging in the UK will enhance Coveris Brno’s ability to meet local customers' needs while aligning with international standards and trends.
