NextGen Label Group unveiled
Freshly merged businesses unveil a unified brand and set their sights on enhanced customer experience
After their successful merger in June 2022, Syracuse Label, Macaran Printed Products and W.N. Van Alstine and Sons have rebranded with a new group name and corporate identity.
The NextGen Label Group name and logo were revealed at a company-wide meeting on May 17. This new brand amalgamates the three operating units under a single banner and more accurately embodies the organization's pledge to its employee-owners and the customer communities they serve. Moreover, it makes good on the promise to safeguard the significant corporate legacies that came together during the merger.
'This new chapter as NextGen Label Group excites us,' commented Tom Sargent, president. 'Moving forward with a unified group name while preserving the visual identities of each business unit aligns directly with our commitment to our employee-owners and the proud legacies and brand equity established at those locations.'
The new brand further highlights the company's commitment to its customers by emphasizing next-generation quality, technology, and innovation. This is exemplified by an expanded press complement and new innovations in the area of RFID. NextGen Label Group will also introduce new internal systems throughout the operation to enhance the overall customer experience. 'We are stronger together, and we look forward to sharing our long-term vision and expanded capabilities with our valued customers,' added Sargent.
Customers can expect the day-to-day operations of the organization to remain the same. All sales, service and accounting procedures, and contacts will stay as they are. The brand names of Syracuse Label, Macaran, and Van Alstine will continue to be used in the market. The new NextGen Label Group name and logo will be introduced on various platforms and communications throughout the remainder of 2023.
