The company highlights market trends and priorities for 2024.

Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), an Indian distributor and service provider of flexo presses and associated equipments, has organized its annual meet 2024 at Goa, with a key focus on knowledge sharing and customer support.

Sharing his thoughts about the meet, Gourav Roy, managing director of FIG, said: ‘We want to work and have fun together. Main idea of organizing this annual gathering was to share knowledge and provide unconditional support to our customers.’

All the service and sales professionals of FIG attended the meet and presented the achievements of 2023 of their respective markets. They also highlighted their goals for the current financial year. The overall discussion at the meet revolved around the industry trends and demands, market situation and how more knowledge can be delivered at converters’ level where internal saving and higher quality can be achieved.

On significant achievements and milestones which FIG has achieved in 2024, Roy mentioned: ‘Compared to 2022 and 2023, this year has been a ‘good year’ for us. We have seen several customers showing interest in Mark Andy machines and ancillary products. We even did a couple of landmark installations outside India this year. In addition, we performed some dismantling and re-installation works too.’ He further mentioned that the company has successfully completed certain challenging after-sales service tasks.

He continued: ‘After the pandemic, 2003 and 2024 have been the years which brought us back the energy to boost business further. Just recently, a couple of top-line deals for Mark Andy press had been concluded and several other deals of finishing machines had also been sealed. We have also started installing 100 percent fault detection systems on the printing presses.’

Highlighting the key performance indicators, Roy emphasized: ‘We divide the regions into north, south, west and east to rectify growth. Beyond India, we look at the growth in the neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal too. We try to measure the trends where converters are getting interested in preventive maintenance and training programmes.’

Regarding the strategic goals for the upcoming year, Roy stated that technical support along with sales will be top priority for FIG. ‘Our customer support team will be working hand-in-hand with the marketing and sales team. It is very clear that enhancing technical support will augment the customer relationship and we eventually can be part of the growth.’
