Arconvert Ritrama launches Cotone Nero Felt
Arconvert Ritrama has launched Cotone Nero Felt, a new self-adhesive paper in its Manter range, made entirely from cotton fibers with a deep black color added directly to the paper pulp for a luxury finish.
Cotone Nero Felt has been developed especially for premium brands looking for labels, which would add a textured look and feel, luxury and sophistication to their high-added value products such as wines, spirits, champagne, gourmet food, craft beer, and cosmetics.
According to the company Cotone offers the perfect mix of softness, strength and flexibility. Because a cotton plant has an eight to nine-month renewable life cycle, it is the natural and sustainable choice for all brands looking to support the environment from a packaging point of view.
This deep black pulp-colored paper is suitable for embossing and debossing finishes, making it the perfect choice for label designers to create elegant contrast effects on black canvas. Being pulp-colored, it also ensures a sophisticated and refined look with the unsightly white reverse or the edges of the label.
Cotone Nero Felt is paired with SH9020, a permanent adhesive specifically developed to provide resistance in severe damp conditions and through temperature fluctuations. It can also be combined with SH6020 Plus, an adhesive developed to reposition a misapplied label within a few minutes from the label dispensation on the bottle.
