CRC intros inventory tracking system

CRC has introduced Inventory Automation, a complete barcode tracking system for raw material, finished goods and work-in-process inventory.

Using a barcode scanner, the Inventory Automation system streamlines and controls all inventory-related tasks: receiving, usage, work-in-process tracking, transfers, and order picking and shipping confirmations. A “license plate” barcode label is used to track inventory while it moves through the production cycle, and a new license plate can be automatically produced at each step.

 All of these functions are provided in a real-time, Wi-Fi environment.

CRC said Inventory Automation is a “significant addition” to Nucleus, its print MIS system.
