Eclipse unveils two new products at Labelexpo

Eclipse Label Finishing Equipment will launch two new products a laser label finisher with a difference and a full inline label finishing station compatible with several printers at booth 8B21 at Labelexpo Europe 2023. 

Eclipse products offers an all-in-one finishing machine for small and medium size businesses, from start-ups to established medium size industrial companies. Eclipse customers can now  benefit from of inline system.   

Targeted at the medium to large industrial users, the LF220LAS is suitable for companies willing to finish their labels efficiently, whether the label come from a roll or directly from a printer.  

Build and designed entirely in the UK, the LF220LAS combines laser finishing with the capability of being able to get label from a pre-printed roll (up to 400mm in diameter and 220mm wide) or directly from a printer with a system of integrated dancer bars that fully regulate and synchronize the supply of label into the finisher.  

Some key LF220LAS features and benefits UK build quality, floor mounted, 120W laser (water cooled), complex label shapes within a 220mm wide web and can be cut at up to 25m a min linear speed (subject to design and substrate), paper, BOPP, filmic labels can be kiss cut, perforated, through cut or simply marked.  

The LF220LAS can be associated with a printer and work inline and fully synchronized. The system can also work from pre-printed roll of media (400mm).  

The second new product is Inline ACU-04 finishing machine. Building on the success of the Inline ACU-01 label finishing machine, Eclipse is now strengthening its Inline product offering by adding the ACU-04 to its range.  

Developed with some key printer manufacturers, Eclipse now offers unwinding, laminating, cutting, slitting, removing label excess and rewinding.  

The ACU-04 is suitable for small to medium size businesses. Key ACU-04 features and benefits include up to 220mm wide media, lamination facility, up to 4.5 meters of label buffer stock between the printer and the finisher and compatibility with Epson Colorworks 6000, 6500, 7500, TSC Printronix, VIP Color. 

It also comes with splicing table, webbing of material function, complete set-up is fully aligned.
